He was also 15 at the time, the car was also stolen, on felony probation for poisoning a high school girls drink prior to the hit and run and only got a 5-7 month juvenile probation camp (mid version of a military school tbh) sentence for the hit and run… Oh…. Mother and child survived, ok and left LA. And the teen? Court system didn’t do its job so the streets did it instead. 2 years after the hit and run he was shot when walkin home after a night out tryin to hook up with some chick. Internet works wonders so useless comments such as yours can be avoided.

This happened in 2021. It was a 16 year old kid who stole the car prior. The mother and baby (8months old) survived the impact. Unfortunately, the kid only got 5-6 months of "boot camp" everyone was outraged. This happened in LA and apparently she moved away after the justice system failed her family.
