I'm still not sugar coating anything. Like I say in this video, "this is real life and this is how I'm handling it". Hope this helps other people push through the lack of motivation and anything else that gets in the way...like getting sick :(

Glad you’re starting to feel better! We are so hard on ourselves- when we feel better we think we should just bounce back to normal and that’s tough! When I can’t get out for a walk I do walk at home workouts on YT. Like Grow with Jo or Kim Buettner. They’re fun and not boring. Jo has some other workouts and is so encouraging. Vera Laro has some great circuit training programs. You’ve got this when you’re feeling better! ❤

You're a hero. I tried yoga every day and I cracked at day 13. Tired tired tired, I went back to alternate yoga/run days. You made it to 18 💪 there's something about subjecting the body to constant stress unless that's your day job. Mine is not.

Firstly, I'm glad you're feeling better and well done on listening to your body and respecting what it was asking of you. Secondly, try sliding your feet under a couch or having someone hold your feet onthe floor for your sit ups- it may help! Finally, you inspired me yo try a couple a KZfaq workouts. I purchased some dumbells and a kettlebell and have been keeping with it (I used to love the gym but needed to give it in because of the cost) so Thank You for the inspiration ❤

I have been doing some Juice & Toya workouts but also Madfit (cause of you) and FitbyMyk... look at us getting all buff 💪😄 Keep it up ❤

I could be confusing this with a different movement but I think I remember that some people, women especially, won’t be able to do a sit up like you attempted (nothing holding down the feet) because of the way their body is structured. Like the shape of the bones or something make the physics of doing it near impossible, no matter how strong your abs are.

You're doing so good. Especially for a beginner. Rest is so important for strength, but I think you understood that from training for running. And yeah, sometimes a little weight makes an exercise easier. We are supposed to run and carry stuff... 🦹🏻‍♀😁✌🏻
