We need to always read the Bible in context every time. Jesus consulted and communicated with Moses (who died more than 1400 years before Christ) on the mount of transfiguration. You might argue that Elijah didn't die, how about Moses? You might say Jesus didn't consult Lazarus, but he clearly communicated with Lazarus because he called Lazarus by name and asked him to come forth, which Lazarus heard and obeyed. This shows a communication took place. In all this, my main point, and what is most important above all things is to be led by the Spirit of God. We need to learn to stop defending God, because we can never defend God. A law might be applicable to people in the Old Testament, but not be applicable after redemption. God will choose a people to protect and preserve, but leave others to fend for themselves. However, he created all men. Let's learn to stop defending God. To Samson he gave the commandment not to shave his hair, and shaving his hair was a severe disobedience. Let's learn to walk and be taught by the Holy Spirit because what might be disobedience for one person might not be disobedience for another person. Learn to not limit God.

Pastor John is a custodian of a certain dimension in the Spirit, You have heard of a realm called "Abraham's bosem? " Certain bible verses are not applicable to certain people, like you know, Ecclesiastes 9:2 "Everyone will die someday..." Well tell that bible verse to Enoch. Hebrews 11:5 "By faith Enoch was taken from this life, so that he did not experience death" You see the contradiction on the topic that all men shall die, but then what about Enoch? Same thing with Moses. God said Deuteronomy 7:3 "Do not intermarry with them. Do not give your daughters to their sons or take their daughters for your sons" but then Moses married a woman from another Country and Aaron, (Moses's prophet) said this to Moses "Miriam and Aaron began to talk against Moses because of his Cushite wife, for he had married a Cushite. 2 “Has the Lord spoken only through Moses?” they asked. “Hasn’t he also spoken through us?” And the Lord heard this." (Numbers 12) And you know, God never said that what Moses did was "right" read the chapter what happened next, but anyway, keep on cursing pastor John, you will see who he is when you die. When I saw him in the realm of the Spirit, he was like a brutally wounded soldier, at the feet of Jesus, ever waiting for the next command of Jesus. You should see his deliverance videos where he casts out demons, but you will probably think that he casts them out by "bigger demons"

We are commanded not to communicate with the dead, that's true. However, we need to always read the Bible in context. In the Old Testament, the Holy Spirit had not been made available, there was no salvation or redemption of man back to his original position in creation. After the death and ressurection of Christ, restoration was made, Holy Spirit was made available who's our means of living out our realities in God. Remember Christ said greater works shall we do, Christ communicated with the dead (Moses), Christ called Lazarus back from the dead. If Christ didn't communicate with the dead, why did he have to call Lazarus by name and tell him to come back to life. There has to be communication for someone to hear you and obey you. Remember, Christ is our example, our role model, our blueprint whose footstep we follow. If we are not allowed to do these things after redemption, Christ wouldn't have done it, and we wouldn't have found them in the Scriptures. Evevrything mentioned in the scripture is for our learning. In the Old Testament, they were forbidden from drinking any form of blood, or even eating meat that is not well cooked. However, in the New Testament Christ told us to drink his blood and eat his flesh (when we take communion). If you believe that you're not drinking blood and eating flesh when you take communion, then the communion will never work for you. We have to understand that there is a huge difference between pre redemption and post redemption. What matters in all these is the Spirit that is leading a person, because you might obey and keep all the commandments, but you've never been led by the Holy Spirit. We should always ask the Holy Spirit to lead us, God is not an author of confusion, and we cannot know and interpret the Bible more than the Holy Spirit that inspired it. Remember, Christ told his Apostles, there are many things that I want to teach you, but I can't because you don't have the capacity to handle it, but when the Spirit comes, he will teach you all truth. The people in the Old Testament didn't have the capacity to handle these things because the Holy Spirit hadn't been made available to them because redemption hadn't taken place. The only way to access the dead people at the time was through witchcraft and mediums through the empowerment of demon spirits. In these last days, to avoid limiting God, and saying that a move of God is not of God, we truly need the Holy Spirit to lead us. These doubts were one of the things that made the Pharisees fail to discern who Jesus was, because he was moving and manifesting in a way that was strange and different from what was written in the laws.

@@watchman_ernest Jesus came in the flesh, for a reason. He didn't only come to redeem man, he also came as an example to show and teach us who we truly are. Who God has made us to be. Show me anywhere in the Bible where we were forbidden to do the things Christ did, instead Christ himself said that we will do greater works than he did. The only thing Christ did was to tell his disciples not to idolize the experience because Peter suggested they build an altar there. In the Old Testament, the people couldn't go to God directly. It was a law, there were laws made for the priests to live and abide by. The priests were the only ones that could enter the inner court in the temple, they were the only ones that could make sacrifices for atonement of sin etc. However, all those things were done away with after Christ died, there are laws and things in the Old Testament that are no longer applicable to those that believe in Christ, especially if Christ did it on earth when he came. Other times when Christ prayed on the mountain, he usually left his disciples behind, but why did he take them on that particular day of transfiguration (when he communicated with Moses) if he didn't want them to learn something, if they weren't meant to communicate with the dead, just as Christ was telling Peter about not building an altar, he would have still mentioned not consulting the dead. Christ could have made them temporarily blind if he didn't want them to see and know that a man could talk to the dead. Or do you believe it was a mistake or coincidence? What greatly matters in all this is if you are in Christ and you're being led by the Holy Spirit. The devil has been able to prevail so much because we have refused to come to the understanding of who we truly are in Christ, that's why he seems so powerful because he's thriving on our ignorance. Christians are sick and dying daily although Christ already paid the price for sickness. Until we arise and come into the full experience of who we are in Christ, the world will continue to mock Christianity. Also the first step we need to take as Christians is to go and read the Bible. There's nowhere in the Bible Christ said we can't do anything he has done, he came in the flesh for some reasons. If it was only for redemption, he would have died and gone without teaching us things. He taught us these things so we can learn from them. Above all miracles and manifestations are for everyone in Christ not only for " Men of God". Men of God are only there to teach you. If we can pay the price, live in holiness, consecration etc. The Holy Spirit is the one in charge, he's the one that chooses and qualifies. Pay the price and become qualified to manifest the power of God that has already been made available. Many are called, few are chosen, and this Scripture is not about being called to be a Man of God or a pastor.

Be careful of divination...... Concerning the dead, you have both Moses and Elijah (Moses =The law, Elijah= Prophets) both makes up the scripture..... The purpose of the Scriptures is to reveal Christ, and Christ only is our message, not seeking the dead......... None of the apostle relate with the dead, both in heaven or hell, Cos the living are to feed and be focused on the living Christ, not we beckoning on the dead, even when the action is lacking purpose.... Too many distractions in this church age.

until these miracles happen in your own live you won't believe, John 4:23, I know this man of God, been to his office, he is genuine, but unfortunately, he carries the same grace as Paul, Paul also rose the dead, and how did Paul die? The fate of Paul is a possibility for this pastor. My father prayed every Saturday for 10 years at hospitals, healing miracles and raising the dead is not a "nice" ministry, my father is still poor, but still loves the Lord Jesus, and yet he is not even well know, my own father prayed for people who was dead, I mean shot in the head with a gun kind of dead, and through prayer, they came back. I advise you to stay in your lain, and work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. I am a youth pastor by the way.
