This is a beautiful home, but for the life of me I can’t fathom why someone would want a house this big. A sorority house maybe, but a 7000 sq home is comfortable for a family of six.

I'd be curious to know if any extended family live here. They definitely have the room to house several families. I agree with you, 7000 is more than enough. Something that I did not mention on the video is, all the empty lots leading up to the house, were also purchased by the homeowner, so it's not just the acreage that the house covers.

@@theactorsellinghomes2.0 sounds strange to purchase all the lots leading to the home. It would sad if it was a small developer purchasing just to flip or drive up prices or foreigners with bad intentions.

@@nicoles9077 None of the above. The home owner is in the fast food industry - owns 58 franchises of Dominos Pizza. I also heard that he throws pretty large parties where extra 'parking' would be necessary.

Does this builder do work in Nevada? If so I have 5 acres in Pahrump Nevada right outside of Las Vegas that we’re getting ready to develop.

Hello, thank you for your comment. I had a similar question recently, and this is the answer from the builder. ""We don't own any property, so we always build on lots owned by the client. As far as out of state inquiries, the easy answer is, if it financially makes sense for both parties. We don't have a typical out-of-state superintendent or anything, but if it is financially worth making one of our guys move out to the location temporarily, then we would be open to the idea." I can reach out to the builder again, and relay the info. Possibly a 3-way call?
