As a last born, Lisa Oduor Noah grew up and thrived in her parents loving presence. She was "mummy's handbag". They went everywhere together. At 8 years, her mum got a promotion which entailed her working in the then war-torn Liberia. The work environment took a toll on her mum and everyone else in turn. In this heart-felt talk, Lisa opens up about her living in fear, feeling neglected, the pain and how she eventually found her solace in music. #Engage26 #EngageKe

I am not sure if you do read my comment. Always remember how many children’s lives were saved by your mum. She sacrificed her life to safe hundreds of children. Thank you mum you gave birth to thousands of babies of children whose lives were saved by you.

I think your mama is a hero and you just a last born who just couldn’t and will not cope with change - your mama needs /needed a friend not a mother . Great orator but a bit more over her head .

We really can't afford to judge people in a substance abuse environment and more so in a 15 minutes story. I believe there's so much that had happened before the specific incident she has referred to. May God encourage their family and nay his grace be sufficient in all circumstances
