An absolute banger! The dressing was finger-licking good. Swapped tomatoes with apples and it added a wonderful sweetness to the salad. My husband, who's usually shy of veggies, was asking for MORE! Nobody was more surprised than he was haha. Thanks for this recipe, subscribed right away.

Raw kale is actually one of my favorite salad bases, because it can hold these heavier dressings and not get soft/soggy/wilted lol😅

What would be a good kale replacement here? Usually it's baby spinach, but somehow I don't think it will work in this salad.

If you like a green w/ a peppery bite but isn't quite as tough/sturdy as kale, try arugula (rocket). It is scrumptious & doesn't require a lot of dressing bcuz it's so flavorful on its own. ❤❤😊

On the website comments, Nagi advises making the sauce a little thinner if using baby spinach, it's thick cos the kale can handle it.
