Peach Chicken Ingredients:
For the Marinade:
1/3 cup tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp sherry vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
3 peaches, sliced
For the Chicken:
1 tbsp olive oil
2 oz thinly sliced prosciutto
Salt and pepper
2 leeks
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
3 cups chicken broth
2 tbsp capers, drained
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped

Guys! My wife and I just love your videos. I’m sorry I haven’t been leaving many post, but long story short… my Dad is 94 and battling dementia so it takes up most of our time. We moved in with him to make sure he can stay at home to fight this. Just know your videos are my “escape” and my happy place! Looks so good guys!! Have you ever used dehydrated leeks or green onions? I purchased some because i will want to make a recipe sometimes and i check my green onions and they have gone south. I also don't keep leeks on hand. I thought it might be a good option to get dried/freeze dried so I would have them in a pinch without having to go to the store.
