Very beautiful environment and scenery,no doubt. The views are also breath-taking. However, I wish the interior design could reflect even a bit of the beauty outside, then perhaps this would the perfect premium estate. I imagine what it would look like if Cosgrove had done this interior, would be ethereal. All the same, good job.

Nice Estate. Lovely video. Only issue I have with the Estate is the interiors of the houses have an outdated design for such beautiful exterior. Also rhe windows are too small. But all in all, lovely video. No one has been able to give us an insider view of this beautiful estate with beautiful views of Asokoro and beyond. Although Palm Springs Estate has better and classier interior finishing. One question though, that are those poles on the other side of the road from the streetlights?

@@MusaMohammed1 no, the streetlights are on the left as you drive into the estate, but the ones I'm referring to are on the right side. Numerous poles with thin rods sticking out of them

Other than the annoying music, a beautiful place. Try and Change music continuously. At a point, music distracts attention . Also, give some information on these places, the cost and the process of occupancy.

There are no one bedroom apartment for rent. Most of the flats re for sale, if u see rent it’s probably the owner of the house renting it to u

Like your video and thanks for showing it. Can you tell me about safety in Abuja? I heard Boko Hallam are operative. They attack and kidnap people frequently. I'm very scare of living in Abuja especially when working onsite. I heard Boko Hallam like eating Chinese's testicle to enhance their body's defence. Is this true? It made me afraid of coming to work in Abuja. Please tell me more about security. Thank you. Jung.
