Ghost of Tsushima impressed me so much. So relaxing, so beautiful. It had been a lifetime dream of mine to live in Japan and the game allowed me to imagine I was living it. A few Years later, I am now living in Tokyo since JUL 2023. I have already seen some scenes and buildings that inspired the game. Japan life is as good as I had imagined it.

Red Dead Redemption 2s world is magical. It helps me relax after all the stress of the day and to go back in time to a more raw and beautiful time period. I’ve always wanted to go to America and explore its frontiers and it’s deserts but like most people I don’t have the time or the money to do that. I have found myself transfixed in this game. Simply watching the mud splash on Arthur’s boots as he walks through Valentine, climbing up a mountain with Arthur’s trusty stead Mike to be met with the most beautiful view imaginable, staring out at the vast seas hopping in a boat and just rowing with no direction just rowing for the sake of it. Me and Arthur are both truly at peace. It’s such a hard thing to describe but it is truly magical.

@@RagnarLothbrok-yg8yp I liked Games like The Witcher 3 plus all Add-Ons. Also the Mass-Effect Series was a revelation (not Andromeda just 1-3) In Red Dead Redemption 2 I had the feeling that it was very often repeating similar missions. Chasing somebody, stealing stuff, and after a while you got to move because the Marshals are coming. I don‘t lie, I got the Game on 43% Overall play-through but story just on 25%. If you tell me now it gets better later on then fine but why does it take so long? Other Games pull you into the Story way better….but maybe I am wrong and it is just the Wild West Theme which is not as interesting for me. No hate here, just my opinion. Objectively it is a great game. Graphics and Physics still search for a match.

@@TheWitcher1312 In RDR 2, an attempt is made to portray a lifelike experience. In real life, things often repeat, and it takes time for something exciting to happen. Action isn't everything. You have to immerse yourself in the game and find time to fully enjoy it. When you engage in activities with Arthur, you have to think as if you are Arthur; you have to put yourself in his shoes. I can only share my personal opinion that the story is one of, if not the best, I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. And I believe one should only play games when they truly feel like it and are in the mood to play them. Either you watch videos like edits to get yourself hyped, or you wait for the right moment. One more thing I can tell you is to really take your time in the game, do everything at your own pace, and don't rush through each mission. Instead, savor the environment and the lifelike game world.

Ghost of Tsushima is genuinely one of my favorite games, the world isn’t as detailed as like the witcher 3 or RDR2 with secrets and all of that but the world is just so beautiful and i find myself coming back to GoT just to roam around the world. When the trailer of GoT came out i was like it might be too good to be true but i was so happy to be wrong and i had my first ever platinum with that game not once but twice because of how much i loved it. Playing that game for the first time was really something else, the story and the world and the OST is breathtaking and i loved every second, also this game brought back my love for open world games because i was starting to hate the genre because of how disappointing a lot of games were, thankfully this game made me excited for other games and without it I wouldn’t have thought of buying Elden Ring.

I have to say, your videos honestly show me their is still hope for gamers who appreciate story based games. Being born in ‘98 and my dad getting me and my brothers a Nintendo 64 when I was just 5 years old started me down a path of heavy gaming that lasts to this day, but i definitely feel how todays games often focus on the market of battle royales. Nothing wrong with them, but I’ve never really a huge fan of them, since my love has always been for quality story telling In single player campaigns. Seeing your videos brings me hope that there is still a market for quality story telling, and videos like this “quality world building” video (as well as a lot of the videos on your channel) show me there are still gamers out there that appreciate and value the same things I do when it comes to this beautiful and quality industry / medium. Really appreciate the time you put into these videos Frankly!! Keep it up !

Nice list! Also I like how you describe the game worlds. Well done. For me the most immersive and beautiful game worlds have been Zelda breath of the wild and the Witcher 3. Botw making you feel lost in its beauty, where you never know what’s going to be around the corner. This mixed with its temperature mechanics, cooking, wildlife and great physics engine, made the world come to life. The Witcher 3 on the other hand wins you over with it’s ambiance. The towns, the music, the sounds, the dialogue, the npcs. It comes together quite nicely and you feel like a part of the struggling world.

You’ve single handedly made me want to get cyberpunk. I never had expectations for it as I only really got heavily invested into games a good half a year before it’s release, but I always held off because of the bugs, but blade runner is one of my favourite movies of all time, and the setting is perfect for me. I’ve just been waiting. Waiting for the right price, for the right amount of time, and for the right urge to get me to play. Definitely going to be playing it after discovering your channel. Some of my personal favourite worlds for beauty that aren’t included here: The Witcher. The last of us. Uncharted 4. The outer wilds. Cloudpunk. Control. Bioshock 1 and 2. The last guardian. Also ps I have been playing games for most of my life, just as more of a casual thing. Fortnite came over and took over my life, turning me into a full blown gamer whenever I could, withdrew from that before i got too bad, and then expanded into new territories with my new ps5. I was already enjoying other games, I just never appreciated the details, graphics or how the mechanics functioned. I’ve got a much more in depth appreciation for games now, which is kind of what I meant to say about the cyberpunk thing.
