What has our" Buddha" taught us this year..... 1. Small sections 2. Roots last 3. 20 volumes 4. T19 is not a fix-all 5. It's not "just hair" 6. Toners are not dyes. 7. Purple Shampoo and Coconut Oil are the devil's products!!! Hair Buddha, you have made me smile many times in 2023 and in 2024 I may take some of your advice and do my own hair. That peekaboo at 16:51 reminds me of the strict hair colour rules most schools in Japan have, imagine having this peekaboo style and just appearing according to the rules during school hours and then moving your hair back after the bell rings 😗

I am not a huge fan of the bright colors, but each of my daughters had one that stood out. One daughter has kind of chestnut color naturally, they tool it a little darker, and had sections of a royal/navy blue that peeked through underneath. It was beautiful. Other daughter went dark auburn with bits of magenta and purple that just peeked underneath. Through the years they have each worn lots of colors, but those were pretty.

i had sewn in extensions, cost me about 600 bucks back in like 2010ish and took about 6 hours to put in, she GLUE GUNNED SOME IN!!! (at no extra charge :D) my mom had to carefully take them out with tweezers and a fork and my hair was never the same after. i actually resorted to just ripping some out at the roots because they hurt so much and i was a short tempered teenager,.

Hello and Happy New Year from San Francisco, Ca. I’m 76 and still working because I love what I do and I’m well trained. OLEASE use the word COLOR not DYE! That’s an outdated term and we have no due in our color now days. I love watching these people trying to do what took us years to learn. But as you said once, they are sooooo appreciative when we fix it and we earn respect and a lot of money repairing their errors.

Such pretty results in these transformations. Loving it! I wonder though, how much they pay for the rainbow colors since the colors don't last and how they deal with the fading results. It seems they would have to wash their hair once a week to keep it long lasting.

For me the grey is too much up keep with my dark regrownth. BUT when I’m grey naturally I’m doing the rainbow strands because I LOVE that shimmery effect it gives. ❤🥰

I was devastated when I developed a really ugly alopecia but I embraced it and I have a fabulous collection of wigs which I love to wear. Even now a few years on I still shave my head and wear my glorious wigs. Why have my blonde, thin lank hair when I can have gorgeous wigs.

I have vision of Cheetah print in my hair that looks real. What would it look like to color long hair that is thin or thicker braided or somehow banded to create the prints. I come to you first, rather than experiment because I know nothing of coloring hair. How would we get Cheeth print hair on an older lady?

I used to have my hair blonde with copper highlights I am naturally a light brunette but it was amazing I loved it but it was to hard to maintain it. But I have always been toren between a blond and red hair lol but my husband loves when my hair is red!!

I’m a gramma. My grand daughter has had more time spent on her hair than all of my combined years of my hair. I was never allowed long hair and I can see why when you have 4 girls. My sister would do my hair and I’d cry.

The salons seemed to bleach the regrowth to blonde before putting the bright colours on but we didn’t see repigmentation - so won’t it fade quickly?

I feel bad because I never am immediately happy with new hair. For me it's always a shock to see myself different. Or I'm just going in for a haircut because my hair needs it and I'm not excited about it. I just want my hair healthier. It does feel good to get a cut though and I usually end up swinging my hair around a lot😅

I have fine hair and I always got a perm to get body, but a perm never stayed. I would only get one good month of thicker looking hair. Since covid, I have let my hair grow out straight and grey. Very flat but very soft hair. I would love a product to add volume bu/ have not found one. 😢

Do you have any tip on how to keep my previously bleached hair from bleeding my red out? I have medium cherry red hair now and it's hard to keep on the bleached parts without putting semi permanant on the length every time I wash it.
