wtf has this to do with evolutionary biology?! I agree though, this field consisting of huge fantasy is really a marvel and a wonder, haha. And I can conclude that you don't know very much about guitar skills because even though his playing is wonderful and on point, it does not need the thousands of hours etc. you give it credit. It's not that hard to play. The details, ofc but a good player can get there quite fast with efficient training

Too much squeaking and screeching in between notes and chords. It is an easy fix.I suggest you look into it. Other than that you're playing is more than adequate.

This looks like normal guitar playing. Not sure why you’re calling it finger style. It seems these days chord playing or tabs is what gets taught. So in stead of strumming cords and singing. You would play the notes in the chord hold position of fingers or push in the string of note your next playing.
