This is to acknowledge the insane amount of work you do, and the treacherous journeys you make for these amazingly beautiful and exquisite pictures... Also, It is one thing to go to these places, and another to be able to capture their beauty! You get full marks on both counts! Also, thanks a ton for sharing these places with the world... Many of us will not be able to make a trip to such difficult locations.

Why did you need to use a dolly to take the time-lapse? why couldn't you just use a tripod?

How did you arrange it. I'm of Colombian origin and speak spanish but its always been my dream to go to the Gran Sabana. Can I arrange myself from Ciudad Bolivar?

You could complicate this statement. Because of the government, yes, but it is hardly the government this time around that has created the crisis. The crisis is due to the attack of the wealthy classes who could no longer withstand the socialist policies of the Chavez->Maduro administration

You probably read a couple of articles written by people who have never been in Venezuela, in line with your ideology and repeated them without actually doing a research. @@Ruben-cv3mr Not true... I've been to Venezuela a few times since Chavez and Maduro and haven't had a problem getting in and out. Lots of Venezuelan who live abroad return whenever they want. Only unless you have been declared persona-non-grata by the gov''t directly and publicly, you shouldn't have any issues visiting any time you wish.

Amazing shots. I'm in Caracas, and I help people go to Roraima. I've been to Roraima many times and I've seen many videos and shots. But these shots of yours are really some of the best I've ever seen. Amazing !

The last time i went to Roraima, i got lost in my way to Paraitepuy, i walked about 30 extra km, by the time i arrived the town my feet were bleeding ... best time ever hahaha.

Morten ,I been watching your videos for quite some time and I was incredibly exited when you announced that you were doing a trip to South America. Google to see how many Mount Roraima videos/films were not shot on the Venezuela side. You will be surprised to see that almost 100% of all Mount Roraima internet information is related to Venezuela.

I'm crying! I have never been there, just in La Gran Sabana. You make me remember all those trips in my country and the energy you can feel there. Sadly I had to emigrate two years ago because of the crisis. I hope you can visit other places of my country soon, without a regime ❤

This brings me much nostalgia, first saw the great tepuyes in the 1980s via small 4seat plane. Landed in caniama in an indigenous camp at the foot of the angel falls. Such a treat and such a beautiful place to experience. Thank you Venezuela is such a treasure.

Mount Roraima is on the triple border between Brazil, Venezuela and Guyana. It is divided between three countries: Brazil to the east (5% of its area), Guyana to the north (10%) and Venezuela to the south and west (85%). the place is wonderful

We call Mount Roraime the triple border, it is the border among Brazil, Venezuela and Guiana. I am brazilian and I have never been there. Brazil is very large and I live on the other side of the country. Wish I could go there someday.

Well, the Roraima's Mount location is called "tríplice Fronteira" - triple frontier, between, Brazil, Venezuela and Guiana.

Cierto. Pero él se encontraba en la parte correspondiente a Venezuela que es el 85%. Otra cosa Venezuela no reconoce la "triple frontera", no en el lado que Guyana le usurpo a Venezuela en referencia al Esequibo (Zona de reclamación). Un saludo.

Roraima is a name of the northern stade of Brazil, it means green peak in a local people language, but Mount Roraima have more area in Venezuela

Este vídeo sin duda me ha hecho llorar y encontrarme con lo que pensé que había perdido por odio y pena, mi patriotismo. Para ponerlos en contexto, hace meses mi pareja me regaló una trilogía viajera. Entre rutinas y excusas tontas he dejado olvidado tales joyas en mi biblioteca, llegando a acumular polvo. En mi primer año de inmigración en Argentina no dejaba de tener pesadillas, muchas de ellas era sobre mi traumática experiencia en las fronteras de Venezuela, mis desagrados encuentros con la inseguridad y los lazos rotos que ha ocasionado la política entre familiares/amigos. Antes de culminar mi 2019 me propuse a retomar un poco la lectura para tratar de distraerme de mis pesadillas y rutinas, comencé a leer La Ciudad de las Bestias de Isabel Allende. Lo que comenzó como un momento de lectura, terminó como mi momento de terapia. Sin duda, mi país tiene hermosas cosas que regalar, entre ella sus tierras. El Ojo del Mundo, según la Tribu de la Neblina, es un paraíso de montañas y cascadas maravillosas, sus pies son cubiertos por una enorme manta de selva infinita, animales, y un clima benigno. Por más que mi último adiós fue en la Gran Sabana, y dicho adiós fue difícil, he sanado ese rencor y miedo que tenía hacia mi país. Mis pesadillas se transformaron en pequeños recuerdos de tardes familiares, viajes, fiestas. Lloro al ver este vídeo al saber que este pequeño rincón sigue imponente, atrayente e intocable. Hoy me conecté completamente con mi Roraima, voy a mitad de libro y sonrió con cada descripción que da Allende de él. Está vivo, estamos vivos, estoy viva gracias a mi Ciudad de las Bestias. Gracias por el hermoso vídeo.

I feel so fortunate that I set foot many years ago on La Gran Sabana. I made it only until the Kukenan river as we were an unexperienced college group, but I do cherish those memories as one of the most special trips in my life. Such a majestic place on earth.
