I like the fact that it's spacious and didn't clear (cut down) all the trees and go mad on concrete with potted plants as a poor substitute.

@@myAfricanAffairs yes it have something to do with the government if you don't know, is system that needs to put in place to allow individuals who are rich enough to establish business and assist them. In America here how many businesses does the government have just few but, most of them are private and cooperate entities.
