Elemental shaman looks the most broken, not sure how you didn't mention them. They can now spam out chain lightning

You go oom after a few casts though. I dont think they can regen enough mana in raid to spam it more than 6 times

Yeah but they need to consider pvp when adding this crap. They are gonna chain lightning and kill a whole group of ally by the selves with this crap

@@paulb_614 what? i tested it on ptr and with mana pots, sham. rage, and using water shield instead of lava burst you can spam chain lighting (with some flame shocks for procs) for close to 40 seconds. If you use some lightning bolts in between and consider stuff like seal of wisdom and other mana reg abilitys you get in raid youll easily get to 1min when you can use sham rage again and get 75% mana back and start over. And for pvp its not an issue either since you can oneshot like 10 people before you go oom anyway, just queue for ab against horde on ptr and see for yourself lol.

Any caster that has instant cast damage in the 2 -3k crits arnt good for the game. We only got 3k hp

consecrate only heals from dealing damage to a singular target, easily verifiable on PTR.

Seems Blizzard learned nothing from previous instant Starsurge by giving Ele Shamans instant Lava Burst... LB is the equal of a Starfire on Balance Druid. The same way a druid needs to cast a Starsurge to able to do big damage with a Starfire, the same way Ele Shaman must Lava Shock to Lava Burst. What was the thinking process behind for devs to make it instant? Ele shams have never had any burst issues on p3 to see this a requirement.

The only issue with your take on VT and AOE is shadow priest don't take Void zone outside of trash due to it sharing a slot with Despair which will be mandatory for bosses. Also its a 1.5 Seconds cast your never gonna be able to reasonable apply this to multiple targets and drop a void zone to generate a shit tone of mana. it would be a 15 second setup time just to apply it to every target and its a 15 second duration which means by the time you set this up and start casting a void zone your first 1-2 are falling off, at most you could set this up on 8 targets reasonable. and that's not gonna be the insane mana return that people think it will be.

About the shadowpriest. It is 2% of the mana dealt to the TARGET of Vampiric Touch? That means you will cast Vampiric Touch on all targets before you do any AOE-damage?

You can use Strength of Soul and spam rank 1 lesser healing on tank allows you to re-shield

Chain heal is 34% more efficient if you don't consider the mana. 58% more if you do.

They’ll be topping dps by the mid point in the phase. The execute rune is incredibly strong.

Nah...rogue tanks...ele shaman and fire mage is what is most broken...spriest mana Regen on trash? Really pfft... trash gonna go die fast with all the fk ale people got now.
