"Prison" in Baba Is You, but it has been remixed 15 times all with new solutions.
This level was on the higher side of controversial (it's funny because it is an emergent rule and fully consistent, but maybe unintuitive if you grew a false idea in your mind that players were solid).

I just came up with the idea of something like this where the whole pack is the same level over and over but the only change is that rules parse in a different order.

Hempuli also mentions the idea of iterative design in one his musuem levels. But he ultimately strayed away from it because it was hard to execute creatively.

The parallel universe things is actually pretty reasonable given it is a common optimization to store 2D boards in 1D arrays.(If Lua has no AAOOB check, it could just be a consequence of arrays being tightly packed together.) Though I wouldn't say that it is a very good idea to store the level data in an array.

12:31 I instantly knew the solution to Mental Confine, because I already made a level with this trick a long time ago! Sliding Door (X4RX-JLHF) is a level I made during the level editor beta, and has almost the same solution; Mental Confine is still a great puzzle, and even adds an extra twist.
