Those are two different colors though. You can tell the difference between the silver and grey. Just like you can tell the difference between yellow and gold if ya take a second to look at it.

It is my homecountry, my national flag. It doesn‘t matter what other sites say, it is gold. The reason because it‘s Gold is that the buttons on the uniform of a freedomfighter army were gold and not yellow so there is no other option than gold. I don‘t want to argue but this is part of our german national history so a german should know better. Would be the same for me to say englands nationalteam are called the 3 cats because lions are also cats, but it’s definetly not the same. (Sry if I spelled some things wrong)

You should have said yes to the yellow question because without knowing what colour it actually is, if you didnt know that the colour is gold it leads you a lot towards yellow. I would say that was a bit of cheating.

Sam Mulholland normally you would be correct but gold is a derivation/ variation of yellow. Yellow is the general name for the color group to which Gold belongs.

When you ask Oakley if sun is yellow, he will answer no. Because technically it’s red but because of our eye capacity to see a certain color spectrum and the distance of the sun from us, we perceive it as yellow.

Gold is technically a name for a shade of yellow. So, what Oakelfish was doing, is looking at the color name and not a genetic color. For example, blue color has many shades that are named differently, such as navy or baby blue; however both of those colors considered blue. So, Oakelfish was wrong here.

Okay, gold isn't really a color. Gold is a variant of yellow. I'd say it was a bad question in the first place from Reev but it was also the wrong answer. I think Reev can feel hard done by but I don't think Oakley was necessarily cheating.
