This is how areas like Kopar & Nahur in and around Mumbai were developed. Lands were bought for cheap costs and railway stations were sanctioned in these areas so builders could build nearby and make money.

Digital Public Infrastructure DPI brings in transparency -- When Town Municipality finalizes the plan it should be known to all through DPI and there should be cool off period for real estate transaction ( Just like stocks ) .. Then e auction where in every one can participate will bring in transparency. There was a time people use to BRIBE RTO to get Fancy Number such as 9999 , 8055 ( looks like BOSS ), 1111, 1234 etc.. Today all Fancy numbers are auctioned .. It is possible to eliminate corruption -- The trouble is NO ONE IS interested to end corruption - Every one wants corruption to continue - Only one BIG leader came now who are genuinely good and honest and powerful is PM MODIJI .. We need to support him fully

Ab is ko kaun samjhaye..cash nhi tho in kind le lenge..is se koi farak nhi padega..Institutions imandari se function karey ye ensure karna jaruri,baki apne ap set ho jayega..abhi kisi ko law ka polixe ka koi dar nhi..ye hi log european countries , america,gulf me ja ke kyon nhi karte corruption ..waha police ,judges cannot be bribed mostly
