ap is generally better but katarina herself is hard to play. but id reccomend ap kata for most games until you get a feel for her then start building ap/ad based on matchups

If you feel like you lose the match up go AP and roam. If you’re enemy laner is weak af and you feel like you can bully them then go AD to snowball

What about Demonic instead of bork for 3 reasons: it still gives % hp damage, it scales with hp, and it gives ap that the build is missing.

I think you’d be right for raw stats vs squishies but he was vs 3 high hp champs that game where the bonus %hp dmg from BORK outdoes demonic pretty easily.

Hahaahaha, look how low Katarina and all assassins have fallen. It's better to build tank items than the items that are actually for assassins. Until riot buffs all assassins and their items I'm going to play Amumu and deal 50k damage while beaing unkillable.

@@vedranvucko5918 yeah but youre not playing in gm and challenger, katevolved has said that you can solo kill in low elo easily but in high elo its almost imposible but hes that good, you just see the games he uploads to youtube but if you conected to his stream you would know most kata games he cant solo kill and is stuck farming midlane until the end of laning phase. most of the time vlad does beat kata you just havent versed a good vlad,

No, he's bored out of his mind, and he knows he can out-lane the fuck out of enemies, so he's picking a Keystone that lets him turn that skillgap into a constant trickle of health that lets him eventually do the most insulting and mongloid plays possible. If you don't win every laning phase as Katarina inexplicably I seriously would not recommend it.

It's possible to win with any runes or build, especially on an outplay champ like Katarina. It's clearly possible - KatEvolved does it in this video and others. It just doesn't change how Conqueror will generally take you further.@@tsukido7740
