You should do the PSA’s Norton Restoration path which basically has them declare a random South African the Emperor of America because his great-uncle did the same back in the 1860’s. It’s literally so ridiculously insane that there are even events when the new emperor begins questioning his own existence.

If Russia rejects the petition, retry or go to war 7 release and play as Sapmi. 8. You now have an achievement that 0.3% of people have! Congrats!
