There are many dark stories in Star Wars, but Whie Malreaux's life is the most disturbing. His father conducted midi-chlorian experiments that led many into madness and death, forcing his mother to give Whie to the Jedi Order. As a Padawan, he was plagued with visions of his own death by a blue lightsaber. Convinced he would fall to the dark side and be killed by a Jedi, Yoda encouraged him that the future was always in motion and could be changed.

They weren't Dark Side force users. They served darkness itself and their powers were more like Sith alchemy mixed with Dathomir magic instead of just Jedi powers but evil like most Sith.

The most disturbing story I heard was of Darth Insomnious. During the Rebellion, he would hide in vicinity of the Great Jedi Generals and when these Generals would retire to sleep....he would force push/move objects and disturb theJedi's sleep. Truly disturbing man....

@@eho6380 But that was lack of information about the future, not that the future was changed, at least, that's what it seems. That he died both by a blue lightsaber in the prophecy and in reality is strong evidence that the prophecy was fulfilled. Yoda had just assumed that the most likely reason for the man to be killed by a blue lightsaber would be if he turned to the Dark Side, but it didn't happen like that. Unless the prophecy was literally about he turning to the Dark Side.

Technically, yoda and mace windu both had visions of order 66 and anikan's turn, respectively. For yoda, it was premonitions, and he ignored them, believing as this video said, "the future is always in motion." Mace windu foresaw it within a shatterpoint , his personal ability to see shifts within an event or person's destiny. He saw shatterpoints all around anikan, but he wanted to believe in the prophecy so much that he, too, ignored the signs.

The jedi not allowing anakin to receive the messages shmi Skywalker sent to anakin after she was freed is more disturbing than that. There is no way she didn't try to tell her son she was freed and the jedi had every motivation to not let anakin know he could go live with his mother. Even if that isn't true then the jedi still didn't even bother to keep track of the mother of the chose one even though the chosen one had so much fear and anxiety about her safety.
