Uruguay in the real 2010 World cup finished 4th which is their highest finish since 1970. Uruguay have already won two world cups, 1930 and one in 1950! Have you ever thought of instead of doing a world cup run, you could do a World Cup + Qualifying simulation where you don't control any team but you watch every game in the simulation using FIFA World Cup 2014 or 2010 as a basis, because using this game I did my own World Cup Simulation and seeing Ukraine top Germany in Group B of UEFA qualifying was interesting and San Marino drawing 1-1 with Italy and seeing Kryrgyzgstan go on a run in Asian qualifying to the final round from the first round was really good as well and it was goal difference that prevented them from reaching the World Cup. It was an AI v AI simulation. I think it would be a fun way to look at teams that aren't featured much in World Football. And doing every round of qualifying because the games only start with the group stages of qualifying not the rounds in qualifying that have two legs.

Hey dude, I have kinda done this before with the subscriber World Cup once. I simulated the groups and then I watched every knockout game. It wasn’t so bad but most games finished 0-0 or 1-0

@@Toboloco That's not what I meant though, I meant a full qualifying and World Cup simulation, so starting at Round 1 of CONCACAF qualifying with every single match simulated to see what teams get through to the world cup and see if some awesome little stories of minnow nations can happen within qualifying. Because as I presented with my examples of when I did a Qualifying simulation and World Cup, I had a few really interesting stories and big upsets like Mexico being eliminated in the third round of CONCACAF qualifying by Guatemala and Jamaica.
