Too much hard surface for an "eco-friendly" house... not displacing rainwater as much as possible is a key aspect of being eco-friendly.

You have to have ground in order to build in the Sims. Ground floor and walls are necessary. Plus this is not real life it's a game. It's just a concept.

I do not understand the master bedroom without a door, but with stairs. This is... weird and uncomfortable

The bed is placed weird, definitely would want to move the bed so that the head side of the bed isn't the very first thing when you get up from the stairs. Maybe would put some form of divider if not a hard wall on the stairs and then tuck the bed into the corner where the mirrors are

It’s ’eco friendly’ based on the items on the lot and game mechanics :) it’s off-the-grid so doesn’t use electric as well as having a water collection unit, solar panels and a wind turbine
