@@maximusorbis2548 This is tough without a lot of background information but heres what I can tell you. Find common ground with that person. Talk to them about something thats not job related assuming your relationship hasn't already gone to shit. After you establish common ground on something even if its as small as the same color. Start to segway conversations from that in about 2 weeks into the topics you really need to tackle. Its easier to compromise and have a conversation with someone when you have common ground and have similarities. People tend to be attracted to others who are similar to themselves. Understanding that compromising with your boss is also different from compromising with subordinates thats why my advice is so vague. Good luck bro.
