In the previous video, I did provide some context for some of the songs. Why not do it again? No Party: I already mentioned this in the previous video, but it's based on the "Piracy is No Party!" thing for Mario Party DS. Powerdown and Demise: Based on Mario 85', a work-in-progress horror game based heavily on Sonic: PC Port. The opponent in these two songs is MX, the main antagonist of the game. On another note, the Luigi in the background of Powerdown's name is actually Lucas. Promotion: Based on Greenio's Super Mario 64: Classified series on KZfaq. The song is named after the *promo* show in this series, Nintendo Mania, with Mario as the host. The second half of the song switches the opponent to another character in the series: Stanley, who is also the main antagonist of Classified. Abandoned: Also based on SM64 Classified, but focused more about the L is Real rumor I mentioned in the previous video, though instead of Luigi suffocating in a fountain, he floats above it like a puppet on strings. The End: Also based on Classified. The opponent of the song is simply known as "Costume," who is likely inspired by the Spanish Mario creepypasta, Mario Bros Asesino. I don't really know much about it though. ALLSTARS: Named after the game of the same name. The first (and final) opponent in the song is Ultra M, Super Horror Mario's final form, the second opponents seen are Omega, LG, W4R, and Y0SH respectively. After act 2, Girlfriend becomes the opponent as GX. Unbeatable: Based on an Australian Nintendo commercial. I think it's based on the fact nobody can beat Nintendo when it comes to making games, which is kind of egotistical in a way. Also, in this song, there is only one section you cannot miss in, and it's the one that specifically states you not to do. The notes moving to the center of the screen isn't the indicator. (I learned that the hard way.) Despite the name, it is in fact beatable.

Love the high bf vocals. Especially since the soundfont used likely only goes up to a certain point meaning that most of those notes are slide notes from lower notes which takes a lot of effort. So props to the music team for taking the time out of their day to make bf hit crazy notes.

Unbeatable only has one no-miss section, and it's the one you saw and the only one that's marked as such. When level 2 begins, you're safe again for the rest of the song (at least from instant death). It's actually not that bad but spamming is kind of off the table since the mod sometimes decides it wants to disable ghost tapping and that counts as a miss. Not 100% sure they kill you here though.

It's definitely a tonal shift to have played through the mod, playing through Unbeatable and thinking "that was a pretty cool song, and really fun charting" Never even noticed the "Don't Miss" mechanic. And then watch playthroughs that go "This is insane, way too difficult, I could not beat this in a million years!"

For the record: you CAN turn Luigi mode on AND off MID-SONG by selecting the “call Luigi” multiple times. ALSO the ONLY instant death part of “Unbeatable” is the first “don’t miss” part; after that, you can miss, and you’ll be fine👍🏻

The scribble method on no party doesn’t work. DJ Hallyboo deals damage based on exactly how well you tracing the message. I think people started assuming this worked because DJ Hallyboo’s attack isn’t fatal, so people who are perfect at this game try the scribble method and when the hp is close to 0, they don’t miss and can build their hp back up. Additionally, the player should focus on hitting notes when they appear and abandon the message, even if it’s not finished. Well done merg!

I love friday night funkin so much. I genuinely cried at the ending. I got so attached to the happy endings of BF and GF in mods that it caught me off guard so much. Finally getting to see Merg play unbeatable, more or less.

You have done everything. You can revisit the songs by freeplay as usual. But you have done everything. The only things that are left are the old version of the songs that are in freeplay, but you don't have to do those.

Fun detail, if you make it to the end of unbeatable without botplay, it ends in a tie as the health icons are in the middle on the health bar at the bottom of your screen. So no matter what you do, you cannot beat nintendo

I find it interesting how Ultra M didn't want to actually kill boyfriend but he had no choice as he stood in the way of M's revenge. The credits explain how he kinda wished that he didn't have to kill boyfriend and that if the circumstances were different, they might've not been enemies

In Unbeatlable has one no miss section, the section afterwards do allow you to miss, and only the first on removes the health bar etc. The final note ends you in the middle of the health bar, making the song end in an draw, making the song still "unbeatable" As an final note: The first section has the no miss section. The second section has the zapper shooting you giving health drain every time you get shot. The third section has the fire burning your health back to the middle The fourth section has the charcaters switching and moving in resetting the health bar towards the center, with their finale pushing you back towards almost defeat
