I dont tip them anything when i win big..If i lose $2000 they dont walk up and say --sorry sir, 200 for your trouble

You get comps when you lose. Dont try to rationalize being a cheapskate. Tips go to hourly wage employees, not to the CEO.

And the ceo justifies paying them cheap wages because we are expected to tip. It's a scheme, just like in restaurants. Tipping isn't normal. Pay your employees
