i absolutely love this tutorial, and i was thrilled to see you end up using a larger grid for the LEDS rather than the ones meant to be used with the base as its what i wanted to opt for aswell, however, is there a way to make it so the eyes and mouth could be further apart? im realizing that using one LED panel instead of multiple makes the space a bit more limited, so i was wondering if you had a solution to that.

Space is definitely a little bit more limited using one screen vs several smaller ones. It ended up being about the same size, the limiting part is the size of the visor so you really can't get anything bigger than this under it. Glad you like it!

How did you made the visor? Thermoplastic vacuum? Is there a company that does it with providing the template 3D Base? The making of the visor is way too complex for one person alone. I'm looking for a vendor where I can buy one without spending a fortune on the required things.

It's not hard to make w vacuum former if that's what you mean although i may be really late with this response all you need is a vacuum a sealed box with holes in it (and a big hole from the side to fit the vacuum tube) then a frame for the PETG plastic and finally you just neef to put the plastic sheet in the oven, wait until its starts to lower and put it on your form with the vacuum turned on, may be hard to understand because im really bad at explaining but there are a lot of designs on youtube how to make it

Love the videos so far, my idea if you for some reason weren't making a whole suit, to hide the battery pack you could give it relatively long fur sorta going down your back a bit and then building the battery into the inside of the fur so that it's only viewable under the fur. I'm not a fursuit maker by any means so I would be honestly curious if that is a good idea.

since the mask is nearly completely covered in plastic, if it started raining and it only hit the visor and plastic it would be fine!
