It's always so frustrating trying to listen to Victor answer questions as the other 3 just keep butting in like school kids he never gets a chance to finish, before he even answered about steroids another asked about food! Every video the same problem all talking at the same time! Please Victor do your own videos without the others nobody wants to listen to them laughing and talking over you.

Question for Vic: I was just wondering if bodybuilding has always been your passion. Did you ever think of other careers before you decided to do bodybuilding full time? Outside of lifting, what do you like to do in your free time? Keep up the great podcast guys

Back in 1989 when I used sustanon 250 and anadrol 50 I built strength and had weight gains take to whole new level! My God for me that was incredible gains back then and I felt unstoppable. One main reasons they say bodybuilders trained more intense back then was do to ephredra being legal, it was everywhere and ripforce drinks were sold left and right. I can see the difference between them and now as I enter the gyms. HP833 ephredra were big red capsules and then you had Dan Dushane ultimate orange drink. You could have a bad day and not have much energy for training and take some ephredra mixed with caffeine and it was a different story, You could actually see and know who took it as you turned into a freaking unstoppable machine and just rip into a intensity training as you had to have something to release your energy on. I heard guys dog on the subject saying yeah right, guys today trained just as hard, if you are talking about the average person no! I can see it because these energy drinks and pills with ephredra back then made people go like no tomorrow and it's nothing compared to the energy drinks of today. Not even close. I did find a website that for personal use you can purchase. I feel I'm to old to mess with it as I'm 54 and it can be addictive.

My first course in 92, was one shot of sustanon a week for eight weeks with one shot of winstrol on my 5th week, and and anabol starting on 2x5ml tablets a day peaking on6 tablets a day then down to 2, took nolvadex, and 2 shots of hcga after so many day at the end of the course and another 10 days later to keep my gains for longer, ate6 meals a day, was so sick of cans of tuna fish at the end of it. It’s surprising how little he knows and what bad information he puts out. If you’re taking a low dose do not just blindly use a AI have blood work done if your estrogen is out of range then use a AI and have blood work done again until you find your sweet spot. Having adequate estrogen is just as if not more important than having adequate testosterone levels for overall health.

Question for Vick: do you think sub q injections for testosterone is as good as IM injections? Would it have to be administered more frequently? Especially on trt scar tissue is a big problem when injecting IM 2x a week. And is there a limit to the MGs you can take subq ( 100mg compared to 500mg ). Thank you guys love the show

Queloque Victor. Long story very short. I was a Bodybuilder 26 years ago. , I stopped training altogether due to a toxic relationship for 26 years 3,5 years ago I started grinding again. I got alot of muscle back and even more than when I was young. I am 54 years young and would like to know what compound would suit me in your opinion.

Man look even the Golden Era Boys was blasting the FK out of gear. Casey Viator has gone on record saying he knew for a fact Mike Menetzer used to take 2000-3000mg of deca per week and would sprinkle on some dbol candy with it. Casey also said all those guys back then including himself were taking grams of gear Another guy was talking on a podcast when he lived with Mike Mentzer. He said mentzer started using anabolic again later on after he stopped competing. Said Mike was taking 300mg NPP EVERYDAY! 300 ×7= 2100MG Deca per week and said he was growing each week. Guys back then disnt like Test except the powerlifters

I can attest that they are starting to pick smaller guys already in mens physique. My second show back in March I had that shredded v style body but got second overall the judge said the other guy was a tad bit bigger in the back. So I got bigger for my third show which was two weeks ago and got second overall to a 19 year old ken doll and when I approached the judge after the show he said I was shredded and all but I was too big. 🙄

There's so much "discussion" if you will in the TRT community about suppressing estrogen, when to or if even to at all. How do you guys on cycle determine when to block estrogen and by how much? Certainly there are numerous benefits to having at least some estrogen in the body for bone density, libido, etc....Do you guys aim for a ratio? By how you feel? Thanks!

I love microdosing... I use test prop tho and it's works beautifully. I use 25 mg to 50 mg test prop... I might throw in 1/4 mL tren or deca depending how I feel... Micro dosing all, day long baby💪🏼💪🏼 I take no aromatase inhibitors and no gyno.

I say this with the utmost respect, the only reason myself and many other ppl watch this podcast is because of Victor. Well spoken, well knowledgeable and very passionate about the sport of BB. The two dudes that direct though should stick to directing, all they do is literally give off beta energy. Clueless on one day, then experts on another day 💀. If you haven’t lived the life of a bodybuilder why would you feel like you can advise ppl in that field?

I have been getting great results from a premix, of 200teste, 100primo, 100 masteron. I try to do 3cc a week want to do every day microdose but the pip is terrible it feels like winstrol mixed with lemon juice 😂, question is what is the best thing to add too it too reduce the pip pain. With out changeing my cycle to much. I'm 44 been using AAS on and off since 20. I'm currently trying to slowly lean out ,want to do my first show in 6 months I'm 5'7" 205, and around 9 to 12 percent body fat my upper body is great my abbs are fully visible, but my legs are 😂 not so lean

That was an acetate. Then there was parabolan that came in 76 mg ampules from France. Conversely, the fina was veterinary and readily obtainable from agricultural warehouse, vets, etc. There were other drugs that don't exist today like bolasterone .
