12:26 I think the Ginyu-swapped Gogeta defusing question is a lot more simple than people make it out to be. When two people fuse, their personalities and minds are combined into one using some sort of natural formula. So when they defuse, the formula is applied in reverse: You get a Ginyu-controlled Goku with a less Vegeta-esque personality (subtract however much of Vegeta's personality traits from Ginyu's personality), and a Ginyu-controlled Vegeta with a less Goku-esque personality (subtracting a portion of Goku's personality traits from Ginyu's personality). The end result is two Ginyu-controlled bodies with Ginyu's mind slightly altered to lack the traits of the other body. _Or_ it could possibly just be two bodies controlled by Ginyu that don't have his mind altered at all - though the chances of that are very low since the brain nearly 100% is physically altered during fusion.
