Very nice Penthouse... However, it makes little sense to park your money like this... Instead one can book 2 Bedroom Penthouse Suite in Burj al Arab for a month and still pay peanuts as compared to 10 million USD. No tension of Breakfast, Evening Savouries, Electricity Bills, Cleaning Maids... And you leave Dubai as a tourist and again return and stay this time in Palazzo Versace.... Do it 40 times in your life and still you will have a lot left in that 10 Million USD....

Very nice apartment but next to it is the AVA at Palm being built next to it or isn't that already done? Then the free view of all apartments on the side is obstructed? Apparently it often happens in Dubai that you buy an apartment, have a nice view and later other residential towers are built in front of it. 3:31 The AVA is then located where the construction site is in the kitchen. And in the master bedroom you now look at a residential tower and these residents can then look into your apartment.
