As a Londoner working with a lot of these clientele, London does a good job of having these very nice secluded pockets that help keep traffic down for these luxury homes

It serves a purpose, it's to keep the large amount of drug users from finding their way in these nicer areas. I see suburbs closer to downtown that aren't necessarily secluded. Many drug addicts walk by those areas at night, they will steal packages, try to open cars and garages, and check your garbages. If your home looks nicer for the area, better believe you will have drug addicts in your property!

I’ve seen that one..race track in the back.. grew up with the kids that lived near there and they were welcome to come drive go carts on it when ever

1:23 did the plumbing in 3 of these houses when they were built in 2018. One has a 10 person walk in shower with water falls from the ceiling

you should check out this house build recently in London at Sherwood forest area, looks out of this world..not sure the street i think its Friars or Doncaster..very unique.wonder if they are selling

Hey Ryan CherryGrove estates is my favourite street. My wife & I live in Talbot Village & we drive up & down that street all the time daydreaming maybe 1-day. That 1 you said was “The Crown Jewel” looks like a banquet hall. It’s the Last One we would choose. Anyways good lookin out.

You should take a look at the mansions at the end of Windemere Rd. Those homes have been there since the 1950's and are on lots the size of neighborhood parks.

@@519MaLoNeY I believe that's the guy who invented the pneumatic hospital gurney. If we're thinking of the same one; you have to sign an NDA that includes no pictures to enter his property from tradesmen, to delivery drivers, etc no exceptions

I grew up on Westmount Dr, Hillcrest area this neighborhood is tucked away with older homes that were like these back in the 80’s

Absoulutly the most beautiful area in all of London with extremely family friendly people probably the safest area in London and highly sought after due to homes rarely coming up for sale and when they do there sold at a premium due to the great enviroment and surrounding of parks,golf,skiing, and great amenties! Best London has to offer❤

You should do a tour of Lucan. I built a brand new house on Beech Street in 2017 for $272k (1400 square feet). I sold it in 2022 for $820k. There are entire subdivisions of homes selling for over a million dollars there. Benefit is that it’s a mere 15 minutes from Masonville.

If I had that kind of money I wouldn't be sandwiched in beside and between other houses in a sub-division. I'd be out in the country with a sizeable house with plenty of land around me.

If you turn right from Oxford west onto old river rd. you’ll see some gorgeous homes. Also Wellington gardens roads. You could drive right past this street everyday and not even realize how beautiful the homes are.

If you can afford to live in a area like mine be warned before moving , neighbors are pretentious and nosey they will complain just for the sake of having something to complain about , at least my one neighbor does and make sure who you're buying from is not part of the neighborhood coalition as if they are then you will have to abide by the neighborhood rules , I'm lucky to have bought my home before such a committee started and refused to join , rules can include how you can cut your grass who can cut it , what you can and cant have in your own backyard , even how many cars you have .

Move over to Westmount Drive and Hillcrest in Resouvoir Park across from Springbank Park its a hidden luxury enclave where the neighborhood has extremely friendly nice neighbors and you feel like your living in a completely different city and its very safe and offers great amenties year round, golf, skiing, parks, access to everything ❤

nice houses but not a fan of the cut and paste mansion neighborhoods. they all sit on like 1 acre.. why not get a place in the country side that's maybe 500 sqft smaller but you have more privacy and land.

Do you think you can get some drone footage on 2199 Cow Path Road, Thames Centre? This is unknown palace in SW Ontario. It's just the approximate address, but if you Google SATELLITE view, you can see the home and surrounding from above.

I know what house you’re talking about. I tried to stick to streets or “areas” rather than specific homes or addresses for legal/privacy reasons. Other commenters have pointed out another estate on Windermere that a certain 1980s hockey player owns

I worked on his house with my old man, who's friends with Jeff The house is actually built around a central full size, NBA hardwood basketball court - each bedroom looks over the court. I think he's since added an ice drink but I haven't been there in a few years Beautiful home and property
