I dont have adhd but i had epilepsy and it rly was fucking with my head. I too know how it feels as a kid i always was so far behind everyone and i could not understand. Why the fuck everyone learned things so fast on the first try and yet i could sit there hours on end and still not memorize jack shit... Would not wish this on anyone.

No you are wrong i have seen those people in my life plenty of times who get it on the first try and don't even have to watch it again if you went to an elite school particulary you would know that there is always at least one of those kind of people in every class when they are 2 or 3.

He goes into it all in the full podcast with Huberman. Go check it out, it's a really interesting dive into what he's about. Long story short, he says that the hard life he chooses to live is there so that he doesn't go back to his old ways.

​@user-z57h lol I don't think he finds his life style rough maybe when he first started to change his ways but he is a millionaire so I'd say he's doing good some people find joy in working than going out and having fun

@@Itz_Ashley11 he's certainly super successful, no doubt about it. But in the podcast he did clarify a lot of stuff, and it sure as hell sounds like for him it's not so much about finding joy in working, but rather about doing the work he feels like he needs to do despite the fact it sucks. I have to say, out of all those self-help gurus that are utterly full of shit, he's about the only one who seems completely genuine. He also gives a much different take on life as a whole and I can't say I necessarily agree with everything he preaches, but he's one of very few guys I want to listen to from this field.
