Literally just 3 Ingredients required to create delicious Macarons in a range of Stunning Colours.
I was SHOCKED at how easy these were to make, in total i made 6 batches it was that easy. The Cake Creak is a Swiss Meringue Buttercream mix so it has multiple uses and I actually fill two of these colour with the swiss meringue afterwards.

Finally got round to making these this morning omg so much easier then the normal way, will deffo be using this alway's in the future, I made the sage green ones,and they smell amazing, thankyou so much for all your tutorials you explain everything perfectly in all of them xx

When I’ve done the usual method I’ve bought ground almonds and blitzed them in my mini food processor so it’s similar to the almond flour, it works!

I was reading about that with this recipe however you have to be very carful because if you accidentally find them too much the oils can separate and it does effect the overall bake xxx so to be on the safe side I purchased the flour it cost less than £1 per batch to make x But if any one reading this wants to try, go for it. I wanted to be super carful with how costly everything is becoming, I hate wasting ingredients xxx

Awwww what colours did you choose, there are so many arnt they, I want to get some Black Cake Cream on my next cake order when I stock up a lady showed me a photo of a cake she made using it and OMG the colour is perfect x

This was TOO EASY lol ti the point where I made 6 batches and let's just say ruined my diet. I want to purchase more, in others colours. I really want to try the black and add some gold leaf. One of my followers has shown me a cake covered with the black cake cream as Swiss Meringue Buttercream and OMG it's so so so vibrant, I'm hooked. I think its just one of those things that isn't too well known about yet so not many people have tried it x

Ooh so many questions! I’ve been asked to do navy blue macarons, can’t get it anywhere 🥴 so can you colour the cake cream? And also can you freeze the macarons after baking? Always wanted to try making them and this does seem to take out a lot of the work! Thanks

Definately able to freeze, I made way too many and was only doing this tutorial but they were that easy mad quick to make I got a little carried away. They do sell a navy cake cream which you can find on there official cake cream website and they ship worldwide. If to colour it yourself due to how dark it needs to be you may need to do some test runs first to check that the batter doesn't split or taste funny. The one on there website looks perfect though x

No, they don't need to sit and rest, once you have piped them simply drop the baking tray a couple of times to help release any air bubbles and bake, something else I love about them as it saves even more time. I was genuinely shocked at how easy they were, I want to purchase some Black next time as I have a follower who has shared some photos with me and OMG it's so vibrant the colour, I can just picture black Macarons with painted gold leaf. Enjoy when I purchased mine they were on offer from the cake craft company so may be best checking them out first depending on where your located xxxx

So, my mix was stiffer than yours??? I thought they would spread and smooth out in the oven but they didn't. What have I done wrong? Exactly as you demonstrated.

No icing sugar needed, use the amount of Cake Cream shown in the content. Very easy to make, link for Cake Cream is also in the description below the tutorial.

Can you use plain flour with the cake cream powder to make macaroons?

Hi Cindy Macarons are made using almonds, hence the almond flour, you can use ground almonds but getting the consistency right can be quite challenging so almond flour is an easier alternative. Health food stores are the best place to find it not the supermarket x

Thank you so much for replying to me ❤️ I was wondering if you can substitute the almond flour for all purpose flour and use it with the cake cream powder. Substitute because of nut allergies. Never used cake cream powder.

This happens when there is accidently too much air in your batter, so beat it less, it still needs air but too much can make them crack and when you have piped them onto your baking tray, drop the tray a couple of times from a short height to help trapped air escape

Is the oven with fan or without?

Very good question, I did mine in a fan assisted oven for other ovens including gas temps can be found on Google x

They ship worldwide But they also have stockists worldwide so Cheak on there official website first to see if there is a stockists closer to you. Its by the same people who created Sweetstamp but hasnt been out as long as sweetstamp. Its normally used to make Swiss Meringue Buttercream quickly BUT can be used to make Macarons aswell x There official site is in the description just below the video x

@@ValNaquin0930 It is SO SO SO easy compared to the traditional method which I did in another tutorial a few years ago. Not only that but the colours are just so vibrant and beautiful, you can even get Black Cake Cream, now making that coloured macaron would be so difficult the traditional way. I need to purchase some other colours now because I'm in love with it and remember it can also be used to make your Swiss Meringue Buttercream filling for the Macarons x
