Totally agree with this. Blues lighting is warm, Calm, dim and inviting. Most Asmrtists seem to use the lighting rig from a Pink Floyd gig.

You may already be doing this, but I find that having a blue-light filter timed to set to deep orange and low brightness really helps with overlit videos of any sort, especially the ASMR ones that I think you're mentioning. Hopefully that will help? :)

What's cool is there is a brain games episode where people can't see there hands but can see the wood hands. Both in the same position. So when you see the wood hands being touched, your brain tricks itself to thinking your hands are being touched.

One of my favourite asmr videos in years. There is this phenomenon called rubber hand illusion which occurs when you watch someone else's hands eg in a video and get the feeling as if they were yours, eg when they are touched, you feel it on your hands. This is exactly what is happening here and I love it! Thank you so much for this excellent video ❤

A palm reading for this fellow would be interesting too I wager… The beautiful hanging flower arrangement and the low lighting made for a calming atmosphere. I have watched this every night since it came out. I dont really get tingles but this CONSTANTLY gives them to me. And is so soft that I drift to sleep. Haven’t made it past the first 10 minutes though so I have no idea what happens.
