@user-be9gr3wv3r. There is no need to be rude. Just because you don't find him particularly attractive doesn't mean that he isn't, neither does it mean that everyone else agrees with you. Also, just because he doesn't (yet) use the title, as the grandchikd of a monarch of the Unifed Kingdom, he is legally a prince - regardless of if his parents (or he himself) chooses to use the title publicly or not.

His parebts respectfully requested their children grow up from birth to 18 without carrying the Prince James and Princess Louise titles ubtil tbey decide whether they want to use them. Lady Louise is 19 and at this stage has stuck with Lady but when she is 25 or 33 or any age, from now on, she can be known as P.L if she chooses, same as when James is 18+. He may not be in line for succession, but he is a prince...
