Using sprouted lentils this bread is the easiest and most healthiest bread and very tasty too. I’ve tried different ways using different spices and I believe I have mastered the flavor. If you don’t use the spices you are going to eat bread that is just like lentils which I don’t favor. I love lentils and I don’t like the flavor so strong.
