The issue with Kayali is Mona sell the fragrances in a certain way, but the product smells totally different. That’s why people were so confused by Yum pistachio.

I don't even like rose or apricot and got myself a bottle of Guidance this week😅 the creamy sandalwood it has amazes me. If Vibrato has similar vibes to Bvlgari Tygar I will totally adore it, need to get a sample when the summer arrives! Wearing Bianco Latte atm❤

I absolutely love Guidance. The first time I sprayed I was afraid I would not but the dry down was delicious. Then I started craving it and I got a second decant. I got a compliment from a stranger while wearing it and that does not happen often!

Blanche Bête was worth the hype imo one sniff if my decant i bought full bottle full retail, i seldom buy full retail. Bon bon pop on the other hand i was underwhelmed but now I'm curious to revisit. I do love Baklava Royal , the YT Navitus collabs were all a hit 2023

I agree, Blanche Bete smells amazing. The price is a little steep tho, but it projects very well and sillage is amazing imo.

I love Kayali yum pistachio. I purchased a full bottle the same day I received my travel size. It’s totally different to all my other pistachio fragrances which help when I layer 😊

Yea same, i love Yum P as well, its a gourmand for those who dont like sickley gourmand and thats ok too. Its done beautifully, its not nauseatting like other gourmands, i dont want to smell like food let alone have it linger all day.

I love this review so honest. Most of the other perfume review from different KZfaqr are not honest when I buy them it’s not really the way they review it. They make it sounds so good but when I got the items it’s a regret . 😢

Hi Gabby, i have samples of some of these on the way including guidance and Valaya. I feel your experience with guidance reminds me of how i feel about MFK BK540. Initially, i absolutely hated it, then i felt its not horrible but its too soft, cotton candy, going to nothing. Not for me, don't know what the hype is about, but thats the magic of perfumes and skin.

Vibrato reminds me of a cheap cologne that a high school boy would wear. It is a beast and I had to throw away my sample to get rid of the smell

2023 was the year that I lost my mind and bought a ton of overhyped niche fragrances. I only regret one of then which shall remain unnamed. I love Yum Pistachio especially for layering in the Summer, Valaya is my girl in the Summer too ❤

I couldn’t get Guidance to work for me. It was just too much. I have a habit of blind buying and I’m so glad I just got a sample of it. It is a beast though. I sprayed it upstairs in my bathroom and my son was sitting downstairs and asked me if I sprayed perfume lol!

I didn’t know how strong it is and did 3 sprays then left for work. I almost died that day at work lol. It was so strong! I’ve been too scared to try it again 😂

I was absolutely thrilled I only purchased a sample of Bon Bon Pop and not a full bottle. It is straight up patchouli and nothing else to my nose. I was convinced that I would love it but it was exactly the opposite. Kayali Yum was the worst of the year - it's a floral baby wipe. I couldn't sell that bottle fast enough. Blanche Bete was a letdown too. I just couldn't get the hype. Ambrosia Imperiale, Bianco Latte, Escapade Gourmand, and Gossip Night are delicious. I have Sugar Leather in my cart on Greta's site now! Happy New Year Gabby!

Yessss this was how it was for me with bon bon pop too. It smells like angel nova but even more patchouli than that which is quite a feat!

Thanks for the heads up. I’ve tried to like it but patchouli just ruins a perfume for me. On my skin the note stands out and I can’t stand it. I may remove that BonBon Pop sample from my cart.

Hi Gabby I agree Bon Bon Pop is worth the hype. Unfortunately I didn’t buy it because my husband had a real aversion to it! He also hates Erba Pura Magica and Almaz (I have both) and interestingly I find they have similar DNA to BBP. I did blind buy Bianco Latte ( with your approval!) and so glad I did 😊and I also have and love Escapade Gourmand. I think the hype for Jany is spot on, another successful blind buy for me. Bake and Coffee Addict were another 2 successful blind buys based on the hype.

2023 was the year Navitus took my money. Ambrosia Imperiale, Miel Extase and Baklava Royale turned my boring coworkers into a bunch of crazed stalkers… Wearing Mahni Cass wasn’t as bad ONLY because most people are on holiday… although there were some incidents in stores… Just got Lost in a Dream, today and it smells like sweet creamy heaven. Edit: My other fave 2023 House was definitely Amouage. Guidance, Material and Imitation were my standout go tos. Lineage, Love Tuberose and Blossom to lighten it up. Crimson Rocks and 👏🏾 Journey 👏🏾 whew!

Guidance. Some of it spilled onto a porous tray and it soaked into some other items. Really, I smelled it everywhere and it was making me feel sick. It couldn’t be washed off. I tried

Guidance, material and imitation were my go-tos. I’m into Love Tuberose and Blossom Love is on the way. I also have Crimson rocks and Lineage, but the first 3 are my faves. And I heard some are being or are already being discontinued, so I’m trying to scramble and get what I want while I can….I’m glad you didn’t have to throw out your couch or something!😂😂😂 (I hope it’s not too soon to joke about it.)

I agree with you about guidance. I almost blind bought it but I got a sample instead. I don’t understand the hype. I would not want to be in a small room or a car with someone wearing that. Not my idea of a beautiful fragrance.

I haven’t hated a perfume yet…ever..but I hated Guidance by Amoauge. I tried sooooooo hard , I don’t get it at all but I respect everyone’s preference in fragrance. It has some gross body odor smell to it.

On Ambrosia Imperial, I don’t have it but have only smelled banana in Dolce Gabbana’s Sicily before hearing of this one. Now all of the sudden, after Ambrosia Imperial, other brands are making their own version of banana gourmand fragrances. Ambrosia Imperial’s style is trending.

Lait Concentré Chabaud Maison de Parfum is sutch a bad fragrance, its heavy and it makes me nauseous! I dont like Chabaud fragrances, to me this house is overhyped! I like Blanch Bete mutch better!

@@JM-ip1es its my hair and it's straightened. It's rude to assume just because I'm black i’m wearing weave. And for the record, I was being polite to Gabby when I asked the question. It's possible that she intends to dye her hair soon and she's preparing for that. On the other hand, maybe she would've appreciated knowing a purple shampoo. I have recommendations which is why I asked the question. Alright? In case you've never seen black women with long hair, view the Glam Twinz.
