I have the same TV, you nailed it man. Especially the daily wow and piece of mind knowing you have the best. But I also know you have to be an enthusiast to really respect this TV. Casual Joe isn't going to see the value in the price of this TV, some of my friends think I'm nuts and just don't get it.

This TV is so awesome I think some people will downsize for it. If they wanted a 65 or even 77 in another TV for the same price as like the 55 of the Sony they'll take the Sony 55 instead. I actually think it might be worth it. This Sony can probably deliver an awesome viewing experience with 55 no problem whatsoever.

The s95c has 144htz with vrr and for gaming and has a x box games Pass, also is a 4k Oled q d by samsung thats the brightest and has the most color pop

Great Video. Seems like you were blown away with the picture quality of the A95L. That's how I felt when I bought my incredible Samsung 75" Q9FN in 2018. It was $4,000 five years ago! I want to know about how the A95L performs with sports and viewing regular local programs or just regular TV. Does the upscaling and motion processing blow you away too because all I watch is sports and regular TV. Thanks.

I have this tv and the upscaling is amazing. Blows away my lg C9 and G1. Hd looks as close to 4k. Hell even my old dvd look better than ever. Sony has always had great upscaling and this rv really shows that off with out making it look unnatural.

Dude , get out of my head. Everything you are saying is exactly how I feel. Love this tv and I can't stop rewatching past movies cause it's look so much better. The Matrix is phenomenal and never been so blown away with the detail and colors . Even looking at The Shining is another league. The snow is so whir and I thought it was fine with my past tvs. Sorry , LG G1 and c9 It's expensive, but worth it. Great review love it. It's a Master Series and it's living up to its name. My screen is perfect past every test demo on my Spears n Munsil 4k disc n youtube. So happy . Count me as a new subscriber and keep up the good work.

I just sold my 77 CX as well. I have a 83” C3 in the living room and a 77” S90C in the man cave that I’m about about to replace with one of these. I was really leaning toward the G3 but you won convinced me to get the A95L. Never had a Sony before so I am just gonna drop the extra dough and get the best. Love your HR setup btw. The KEF speakers look really nice. I have the Jamo Concert series but maybe one day I’ll upgrade to those. Anyways, thanks for helping me make up my mind.

I'm sold on the A95L but we're waiting til '24 with the hope of an 83" size...I have an extensive collection of great 4k movies and Alien & Aliens are included...Very immersive and creepy and STILL packs the same punch as it did when it came out nearly 45 years ago starring the excellent Sigourney Weaver...Keep up the good work! 😊

It's a Master Series so most likely 2025, since Sony releases them at least eveey 2 years. I couldn't agree with wanting a bigger size ,but I couldn't wait and end up getting this in 77 inches. I'm blown away with this tv coming from a LG C9 and G1. No regrets . Detail and upscaling master.

Hi, My 55-inch Samsung full HD TV is the best TV in any category, full HD and 4k, for watching shows in 1080p or 720p. The ideal size for this type of broadcast is a 55-inch television. I tried a 60-inch full HD television from the same brand but the image is slightly too large and the edges too rough as a result. To watch shows in 4K, I would like to know the ideal TV size? If I use my 55-inch full HD to watch 4K shows it's great and it's even better than on a 55-inch 4K TV! Hence my question, what is the ideal size of a 4K TV for watching 4K shows? another question: what is the ideal size of a 4K TV for watching 1080p and 720p shows?

Man, I saw it in a store and it looks awesome! I still can't decide between 65" A95L or 65" X95L (miniled) though.. in our country we can get a 65 inch X95L version, and while not being as good as the 85" in the US, it's still a good TV, and costs almost half as the A95L. The thing I'm worried about with the A95L is the brightness and our room or usage during the day. We have 2 large windows straight opposite of the TV and a side window as well. I don't want to have to close everything up with blinds to be able to watch TV during the day without disturbing reflections.. And the OLED is gonna catch some sunlight too on a daily basis, so will it last me 5+ years like my last Sony did? Decisions decisions..

The A95L is great. Possibly the best Picture. But the price is insane. I paid 2900€ for the LG G3 77" in germany and the A95L is about 6100€ for 77" here

When the G3 was released it was astronomically expensive. The A95L is a recent release, it is an early release of a 2024 TV, hence it will still be very expensive. I would wait a year to purchase one

Haben die selben Gedanken dazu. Der 77er A95L war mein Favorit, aber aufgrund der noch sehr großen Preisdifferenz zum G3, habe ich mich heute für ein Angebot für den 77er G3 entschieden. Bei 2.460€ nach Cachback wollte ich einfach nicht mehr auf einen vertretbaren Preis für den A95L warten.

How is the ASBL specially in games with Static content and what brightness did you set it to in SDR and HDR. Also how is ABL when doing regular PC stuff on that. Like browsing or regular work. And how bad is text fringing.

Haven't had any issues so far with static content, and brightness set to max for both I believe. ABL is there but its very minor I haven't noticed it that much unless I was going out of my way looking for it. Haven't noticed bad text fringing at all on my end.

@@LordCivickOG Awesome. I bet it be even less noticeable on 55" due to greater pixel density. And ABL being less noticeable is great. And no dimming due to static content is the best thing I have heard so far. This is now a perfect Gaming PC Monitor. Be getting 55" for that specific use-case.

@@martinpratley4632 the only thing I don’t like about the A95L are the two HDMI 2.1 ports. Otherwise picture quality is superior for streaming content and video games. There’s no color posterization issues while the LG G3 suffers from that.

@@martinpratley4632 almost forgot to mention the A95L doesn’t have a polarization filter so when light is directly on the television it won’t appear as Inky black like the LG G3 so that’s another negative for me however.. the picture quality is so great those are things I’m willingly to sacrifice.

i bought the same tv from a store that is not well-known in Australia with people having mixed reviews about that store. it arrived in fedex express after two days from Brisbane to Melbourne. i have a bit of concern whether if my tv is legit. any ideas on how to know if its legit or fake. i noticed a pale vertical line of some sort of retention when i first turned it on, it does look bright on vivid mode but not on standard or other modes. the menu display show-up is not as fast as i hoped it would. the so-called HD upscaling to 4k is not noticeable at all. i just need to know whether it was tampered with or is it possible for them to change the panel or internal of the display before delivery ? how to know if it is legit or fake ? thanks.

I’m fine I planned ahead, also I don’t have a sound bar that’s a center channel speaker you see in the video. I have a receiver that has 7 HDMI 2.1 ports I believe so in addition to the 2 on the TV I have like 9 2.1 ports in total

Max I believe, other then if the nits need to be turned up during gaming calibration screen I usually just keep everything else at default.

Do you have a ps5 and if so is it hooked up directly to your a95l or ran through the arcam ? Because Sony doesn’t support Dolby vision and vrr at the same time which is absolutely ridiculous

Ideally I wouldn't play fast paced competitive FPS, but I haven't personally had a issue with anything else I have videos playing MK1 Ranked and Sekiro and I was still able to play well even with the minor lag. I like to save my fast paced competitive gaming to my PC Monitors :)

I own the a95L and s95c. They are damn near equal in high quality content like 4k gaming and 4k blu Ray. Sony has the edge in streaming and normal blu ray or lower. The exaggerated claims that the Sony is way better is a lie. Between the s95c I’d say it’s 5 percent better depending on the content. For most people save your money and get the Samsung. Don’t know about the lg, can only speak on what I have🤷🏾‍♂️

S90c is no longer the best due to new panels coming with a software updates and previous models atomacticly updated leading to brightness and minimized picture quality

I still have my 83" A90J and I actually bought this to compare and it's very minimal changes because they use the same XR processor with a lil bump in the brightened and motion. But definitely not thousand of dollars better! A real upgrade won't come till 2025. So anybody in the market. I say WAIT! Don't waste buying this TV now! TRUST ME the 2025 OLED and mini LED coming from Sony in 2025 will best every TV Sonys has ever produced! And I mean EVER produced

?? So you don't believe there's a huge difference in visual quality? Sir! I saw the A90J next to (below) the A95L and it wasn't even close! Yes the A90J was, is a great set but even the A80L is noticeably brighter..punchier than the A90J...The A95L is on another level plain and simple...

Sony and Samsung are not true oled panels. The true oled panels are made by lg and that’s why they have the best 3d pop and black levels and colours. The qd oled colours might be more saturated but it’s not oled colour.
