Intent to cause: a harmful or offensive contact; or, apprehension of imminent harmful or offensive contact 3. With the person of the other or a third person 4. Resulting in harmful or offensive contact. Kenzo's family and his actions can be reasoned as self-defense. Of course, Kenzo's family would have to press charges for assault if not Jazmin is free.

I think that it's also important to look at the situation from less of a "who's more in the wrong to the other" perspective and instead from a "who's done more wrong/crazy things" perspective, if that makes sense. I don't think that Kenzo "asking for it" justifies Jazmin's actions at all. Yes, Kenzo asked for it, but since I'm pretty sure his address was already leaked, that's pretty vanilla. Even when he asked for it, it's not unreasonable that he didn't expect Jazmin to invest money, effort and time into actually going. I think Kenzo asking for it doesn't suddenly make it deserved, especially considering that he clearly didn't actually want or expect it to happen and considering that Jazmin is an adult and he is a minor. Jazmin would have to be CRAZY to actually go through with Kenzo's offer, and he did. Maybe it doesn't appear completely just for Kenzo to complain about something he quite literally asked for, but it's just for him to be scared of the fact that Jazmin was crazy enough to do said thing. I don't think either are "right", because both did things I found absurd or nasty. But in terms of unhinged and abnormal, Jazmin clearly has the most crazy in him.
