The reason why rome is mentioned on here is one of the prophecies of Armageddon in the islam faith, namely it was how the arabians would beat rome which would lead to the end of the world

Do the anarchist, Julius Caesar path in Ultimate Greece Rework Version 7. It gives you an about 200% boost to factory and dockyard output and an attack bonus of about 50% (I'm pulling these numbers from memory)
