When you did the reality series in 2020, I could tell Niki and Nate weren't on the same page. It's always been clear that Niki didn't want to settle down in 1 place forever. I couldnt believe they were buying a house together. Good on her for being true to herself. It's better to face your inner feelings, than to resent someone for keeping you from doing what you truly want.

Omg. I love this. I’m 28, nearly 29. The older generation is to blame too. My father expected me to be married, be set in life by 30. The way I see it is 18-28 year olds is the time to learn, experience, make mistakes and grow and figure things out in your own time. There is so much pressure these days to be in a certain place in life

I've been loving this podcast, but this episode in particular I was like yes, yes! YES! I can definitely relate to the points made about parents, my parents constantly invite both me and my brother's significant others to events, and I 100% think it's just to keep us in their reach. It's exhausting because I love my parents but I do feel the need to put some distance there. I'm also someone who doesn't want kids, and every time it's brought up, I do feel like my parents and others will always tell me I will change my mind... because it makes them unsure in THEIR decision to have kids. Ugh I can go on but I loved this episode, thank you for being so open
