SMB made a playable version to Rush E, but the original is impossible on one piano. Only way is to have several pianists playing different parts on their own pianos in the same performance, I guess.

It isn't possible with one person or one piano without ai like Mark Rober did. But if you got a bunch of pianists together to perform on their own pianos it is within the range of possibility.
