Tywin was overrated. tyrion had a better strategic mind and was more powerful because he managed to stay alive being a dwarf in many enemy territories through diplomacy like in the vale, with mountain tribes, with mormont when they were with slave traders.... meanwhile tywin was always surrounded by an army or supporters.

@@ojasgupta469 thanks. It doesnt mean tywin isnt impressive its just that having the power of a lord makes things easier - same case with olena. Tyrion has several moments on the show where he was powerless yet managed to stay alive.

Тиррион вложил чуть ли не жизнь в этот момент, ради защиты трона, после чего его наградили по сути ничем. Весь план обороны, воодушевление и тактика была на Тиррионе, в то время как Серсея была готова перерезать всех подчинённых, которые были с ней в комнате и покончить жизнь самоубийством. Поэтому тот малое, что сказала Серсея, не играет никакой роли в той обороне.

I wish there was a moment in the series where there is a small talk between Lady Olenna, Danearys, and Tywin Lannister about the politics, the course through history, battles and wars and their outcomes a high tension when they were talking. I would adore that scene than the last season of game of thrones.

I remember the very first time seeing Tywin in his first scene. It was when Tyrion showed up to the Lannister camp accompanied by Bron and Shagga of Dolf. Tywin looked menacing when Tyrion entered the tent. When Tyrion was introducing first Bron, Shagga of Dolf and then Shaggas underling Tywins eyes darted to the next and coldy pierced through them one by one. His eyes were so cold and stone like and i remember thinking that he was going to be one BOSS Mf'a! 😤🥶😠 I highly recommend you go watch this scene again to see what I'm talking about. Charles Dance absolutely conquered this role. 🥶🔥🥇
