Ok, so I’ve been saving and printing card sketches I like for some time now and I have a b-zillion 6x6 paper pads. Now what?? Something is missing in how to proceed. How to choose which papers go where? At about 5:50 in the video was the key that I needed to hear. You found the paper you wanted to use and THEN found sketches that will work with it! 💡💥👍🏻🤯🔐 BOOM that was “key” that I was fumbling with. This totally changes the way I look for sketches now. Thank you so much for sharing your brilliance and creativity with us!

I would like the addresses of the card sketch companies. I don’t have a computer. I watch you on my phone. You are a blessing to me. I always liked all card designs, but you taught me what my card style is. How you create cards is my style. Finally at 81 I have discovered my style through you. Layering makes everything look professional. Thank you for all your videos!

You are such a nice person to watch; you so openly share your mind and your talent - I saw your original video and it wasn't that bad. Mine were all made in a hotel room so it's pretty dark - it's the only time I could catch my busy husband to tape me! I went to check a few posts but never checked out the other links you had at the top. I have it on my list to go back to your blog and click on everything. I'll get to know you better, that's for sure. It's funny because I do the exact opposite. I'll check out a made card, figure out the measurements and then create another one. And of course I would change some of those cards because of what's left with the pack I want to use. Until you, I didn't know how to use a sketch...

Thank you Kristie for sharing how you use sketches for your card making. Especially when you are preparing for a 6x6 pad week!! I have so many 12x12 pads and recently decided to cut them down to 6x6 so I don’t feel overwhelmed :) I didn’t realize OWH sketches were still available! I used them a long time ago when I’d send cards to Sandy. But then got out of the habit of sketch designs. Thank you again for sharing your wonderful videos!!

The OWH website was shut down, but Sandy made the sketches available on her blog. I also have all of the OWH sketches saved on a Pinterest board. 🙂

I also want to thank you again for helping me get started sharing cards with people in retirement homes. Being disabled / isolated is hard. I think as a former nurse it makes it harder in a.way because I can't be out in the world trying to make a difference. With prayer and your guidance I've found purpose again. I feel so good working on the cards, then delivering them and seeing what a.simple card can do for someone's day. It's just what my heart needed to make me feel I'm doing something to share kindness! I'm so glad I found your channel! I think I may have seen some in the past, but this is right up my ally. I watch all the most known names in card making today, but sometimes it's just too much. The cards are beautiful, but not what I would be able to make. Just watching this video alone has helped so much about card sketches. I've always been a bit intimidated by them. Not any more. Thank you for this. Very helpful. Always look forward to your videos. I find I try challenging myself to use up the whole 6x6 paper back. Although it takes me a long time, it is nice not having a bunch of small scraps. It’s also cost efficient to use stuff up rather than storing it. Thanks and keep up your awesome work.
