I think rematching in this case actually does more harm than good. If dude just quit after a few matches, took notes on what kept beating him, and then looked it up in practice mode, he could've improved and learned his lesson in a few minutes. Instead, look at how many matches he's wasted making absolutely no headway and learning nothing- and probably adding some bad habits along the way

@@LightWavess imagine this, if you were playing a video game with a sibling or friend and you keep steamrolling them with the same couple cheap tactics, is it frustrating? Yes Is it possible for your friend/sibling to counter your cheap tactics in time? Yes Are you winning? Yes Is your friend/sibling having a good time? Probably not Should you keep doing it? Probably not I can't speak for everyone but cheap tricks on unfamiliar opponents are hardly a "well deserved victory". You'd probably lose a friendship or two by treating your friends like that. It was great to see serious Alisa play this time, truly refreshing. Cheers for that MainMan. Don't feel bad about yourself. I still like your goofy games but this was much more meaningful play and experience, sadly opponent was not in right condition to give you close competition, otherwise it could be a lot more exciting. And about game itself, it may look like bullying but it was obvious, that this Dragunov player don't really know match up. Also people should never forget, that even if MainMan playing different characters, he still has knowledge about others, his reflexes, mechanical skills and great Mishima foundation, which makes his moves extremely good. So no shame on his opponent, he need to learn match up and practice more with Dragunov's options.

It is very funny because as Alisa's main, I have already tried this strategy of only using chainsaws and sometimes the opponents do not know how to react due to the pressure they exert. I can guarantee you that if the opponent knows how to block, chainsaws are useless to some extent, I have faced many Alisa players and most of them hardly take advantage of the potential that chainsaws have, at a certain point in the game they can be used to infringe a lot of damage and put pressure on the opponent. PS: Omg you're finally playing with Alisa, even if it's to be toxic. I never thought to see this moment, although I agree that she is one of the easiest characters to use, I feel that her moves are very original and fun.
@estoylaroca2 жыл бұрын
Pretty hard to punish, and on whiff, mostly because the saw's hurtbox stays there for quite a while. Once the saw's are out, it's a matter of guessing what the attack will be. And of course, it cannot be said enough... tilting really clouds your judgement.

for those who don't know basically Alisa here is getting in the stance position by using her power crush so if your opponent isn't already in the chainsaw stance and is spamming then you should expect a coming power crunch. another tip that if your opponent is already in the chainsaw stance and is spamming lows and highs as we are seeing here you really shouldn't look for a big damage combo instead just try to get Alisa out of her stance by low kicks for example to get her back into natural stance.
