Flash Cannon is probably one of the few moves that benefits from the Lock On Targeting wheel, since its range is so huge you tend to auto aim on random stuff

I used duraladon with flash cannon and stealth rock because with upgraded flash cannon makes them unable to move for a short time and combine with stealth rock also makes them unable to move for a short time again
