Pho cuon is kind of spring rolls we used to eat in the US but with shrimps and a blackish sweet sauce.

Nice videos you're putting out there Van. It's nice to see some interview of the proprietors of the eateries. It's not only good to see the great food they put out but in VN and given its past difficult periods, it's so interesting to hear how these people survived, persevered then thrived with their trade. Your English and Vietnamese both sound lovely too.
