I'm on 120 ping and I can piece control correctly but its really hard to counter piece. I can quad edit on 90-150 ping(Sometimes have 90 ping)but not efficiently.

but if both players play like bored no lives and neither makes a move then the fight will start to last very long and you will likely get third partied which gives a 33% chance of surviving instead of 50%, mathematically.
