Beautiful to watch in slow motion. The extension and the effortless power and rhythm you can see even in slow motion. Thank you

Interesting how he's not pushing with it, more like putting up an obstacle for opponent to walk into

Slow motion videos are a treasure to dig deep into. Thank you, Sylvie, for doing and for sharing them. Your channel is a rare gem among all Muay Thai related channels and your dedication is unparalleled as well as highly praised and appreciated, by me at least. Once again - thank you! You can't see me, but I am bowing to you.

When you teep what purpose do your arms and hands have? Or do they have any useful function?

If you think Manop's teeps are great then you ought to watch his daughter's! The way in which they keep the back, standing leg straight and then lean with hips to create motion and power is incredible. Sadly I didn't get to book and have a 121 session with him in 2017 owing to the dick front desk guy at Yokkao BKK being unhelpful. :-( I notice the branding on the ring; has he moved on his own or still affiliated with them?

Would be even more helpful if you could comment and describe the techniques and leave out the music. Just my opinion. But thanks for the upload
