It's a big five test disguised as the MBTI. It's not an actual MBTI test. The clue is in the fact that it's called 16 personalities but it divides people up into 32 personalities. This is because the big five has one extra factor, hence twice as many personality types.

Tests are very flawed and people tend to answer them in a biased way, too. The best way to find your type is through thorough study and research of the cognitive functions and the theory, rather than relying on dodgy internet tests. Some research suggests the MBTI is unreliable because the same person can get different results when retaking the test. This can be also a form of subjective psuedoscience at its best
