Please read more about this, instead of writing stupidities (like "narcissism is retardation", or that "we should stop demonizing narcissism"). I recommend you to order and read some of Prof. Twenge's books, like the Narcissism Epidemic.

Unfortunately narcissists are over represented in mission critical roles. It is why we will never solve income inequality or global warming. Peace!
